Community Dinners Payment - Weeks 2 to 11

Wednesdays | Multiple generations from across the area gather on Wednesday nights for relaxed and affordable Community Dinners in the Fellowship Hall of Cornerstone United Methodist Church in O’Fallon, Missouri.

Open to the public, Community Dinners offer delicious food and friendly conversation. Carryout is also available. The best part is that you won’t have to cook or clean up!

Cornerstone UMC is located across the street from the Fort Zumwalt North High School campus in St. Charles County.

Email info@csofallon.org with any questions.

This is an excellent opportunity to connect with others while enjoying delicious food. Even better, you won't have to clean up afterwards!
IMPORTANT! --- Please provide the NAME of the person who will be eating. (Do NOT use your name if registering someone else.)

Please complete one form per person! If choosing a FAMILY meal, please provide the first and last names of those who will be eating and their meal type (adult or child) at the bottom of this form. Thank you!

Note: All meals must be ordered by the Sunday prior to that week's Community Dinner so our kitchen team knows how much food to prepare. We are unable to accomodate walk-ins. Carryout is available.

INDIVIDUAL MEALS (By Week)

Once you've made your selections, please enter your payment information at the bottom of this form. Family meals allow family living at the same address to eat for one price.
